- Individual Records: Delete specific workouts, measurements, or exercises within the app
- All Data: Delete the app to remove all local data, then remove CuteLifts data from iCloud via Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Manage Storage
- Account Deletion: Sign out of your Apple ID within the app to disassociate your account

You can modify your preferences at any time through the app's Settings, including:

Children's Privacy
CuteLifts is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such information.
International Data Transfers
Your data is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account. If you use iCloud, your data may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside your country of residence. Apple's iCloud service complies with applicable data protection laws and provides appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as you use the App and maintain an account. Specifically:
- Local Data: Remains on your device until you delete the app or individual records
- iCloud Data: Remains in your iCloud account until you delete it or remove the app's iCloud data
- Subscription Records: Managed by Apple according to their retention policies
